Our Story …

We’re Ben Pratt and Pieter Erwee from Team Imports. No experience. No excuses. Just grit and an AU Falcon.

In 2026, we’re taking on the Mystery Box Rally in a year-2000 Ford AU Falcon, starting and finishing in Charleville. Over five days, we’ll tackle remote outback roads with no set route — each day’s tracks and destination remain a complete mystery until the morning we set off. It’s unknown terrain, long days, and a true test of resilience for both car and crew.

We’re doing this to raise funds for a cause close to our hearts. Cancer has affected our family, friends, and colleagues, and we’ve seen firsthand the impact it has on lives. Every dollar donated goes directly to Cancer Council, supporting vital research, prevention, and support services. By backing us, you’re not just supporting two blokes in an old Falcon — you’re helping make a real difference in the fight against cancer. Any support, big or small, truly means the world to us.

Here's what I'm doing …

Mystery Box Rally is a 5-day challenge like no other. Participants drive 25+ year old cars along a mystery route, through some of Australia’s most stunning (and often rugged) landscapes, all in support of cancer research. It’s not a race—it’s a challenge and more importantly, a celebration of the power of community.

Yes, the cars break down, and yes, there are plenty of unexpected twists along the way, but that’s all part of the fun. The rally is designed to be a colourful and unpredictable experience, where teams travel in small groups, helping each other along the way. And when the day’s drive ends, we gather around the campfire, share stories, and reflect on the day’s achievements.

This event brings together people who have been impacted by cancer in different ways—whether it's through their own battles or through loved ones. Together we’ll make memories that last a lifetime while supporting the fight against cancer.
